Am still working on another book (from Amazon) and haven”t started reading this one yet. The book arrived in good time and in good condition. I also ordered one as a gift for my daughter.

I thought by the title it would be about programming your mind for positive outcomes in your life. Instead it was mostly about all the bad intentional programming going on in our world from TV, brainwashing, energetics etc. The self help that was offered was so not up to date, it was like Metaphysics 101. This might be a good book for beginners in this subject – and I feel the title should speak more to that.
