So Australia, George Jensen retail out of touch meangament. I purchased an AUD $1360 bangle for my wife which i wasnt sure she would like. I asked if i could return and refund it if my wife didnt like it sure enough my wife didnt like it and doesnt like anything else in Georg Jensen she is more of a classic collector. I went to return the item and was told by different staff i couldnt get a refund. Peeved i contacted the CEO of the Australian retail operations no response. Got a response from a mid level prawn who told me (in his camp accent) that everyone knows thier company policy and its too bad if you dont like it . What i find amazing after building nearly 10 businesses in my short life (and making a lot of money doing it) is how out of touch these people are. Do they really expect to build a successfull retail business by not putting the customers first. In thier own little world over there. Happy to now steer all away from the Australian version of what is a very respectable (like Tiffany) European design house.
