If a religion or philosophy accepts the suffering of others for the benefit of its followers is it moral?

Question by Blessed Cheesemaker (cancelled): If a religion or philosophy accepts the suffering of others for the benefit of its followers is it moral?
At its heart Christianity is about the destruction of all those who don’t accept God, irregardless of the type of person they were, and paradise for all those who accept God, irregardless of the type of person they were.

If you accept jesus on your deathbed, you get a mansion, forgetting all the lives you might have destroyed as you lived you own.

So should Christianity really be classified as a moral religion or an immoral philosophy.
