By modern I mean anywhere from 1800 to present? It seems like all the world renowed philosophers where ancient greek. But then again maybe I`m just lacking knowledge?

What place does philosophers still have at this age?

I am the center of the universe. Everything revolves around me. Perception isnt reality, My Reality is the true reality. Minus my senses, existence ceases. Christianity’s simply a means of explaining the key to success. I believe there is only one fundamental absolute truth: There is no truth. Everything I do and say follows the fact of Existence. Relativity is the absolute. I have no personal secrets. Secrets harbor insecurity. I lack normal empathy. I don’t believe in miracles, God, or the supernatural. I perform mircales, pray to God, and have OBEs. Everything can be explained. I am greater than my consiousness. I = God = Existence = Natural = TheWholeOfEverything = BiblicalLove = Perfection. The only sin = lack of faith. I enjoy every thing in life, including that which I don’t enjoy. I hate anxiety and live an anxiety-free life. I am completely happy and teach others how to be. Also, every thing is real and has an effect, including the imaginary.
I have been named: narcissist (NPD), Christian, atheist, existentialist, witch, wizard, magician, psychopath (APD), optimist, docetist, gnostic, metophysicist, nudist, nakedist, realist, fundamentalist, relativist, absolutist, mystic… I want a more acurate, comprehensive title.

Philosophy, psychology, sociology, religion, etc.

Cause I’ve learned Yahoo! Answers isn’t a good place to discuss anything more serious than a person’s favorite flavor ice cream, and even thats unsafe.

I’m looking for some sort of forum or online community where people give an honest look at other people’s belief, with some degree of moderation to prevent flaming.

Is there such a place on the internet?

Especially psychology?
I know alot of authors of metaphysics/healing/alternative healing/astrology
are phD holders.
Anyone has a clue about this?

Virtually every thought of today refers to an ancient Greek philosopher, be it in Politics or Aesthetics. Are there any Greek philosophers that are impertinent in today’s world ?
