Reveal The Facts Behind Metaphysics

Monday, October 10th, 2011

Druzism started in Egypt before it spread to Lebanon, Palestine and Syria. The Druze Brotherhood is a highly secretive community and many people outside of its confines have often ostracized. They suffered persecution and were burnt because of their beliefs and the unique spirituality that the Druzes possess. They don’t worship any God and their belief is based on mind and soul which is basically the Essence of Life. Much has been written, negatively about the Druzes while they remained silent and aloof. Hence, it is but proper and fitting that they be given the chance to open the gates to their own creed. Such is the advocacy of www.substance.com The site does not intend to persuade people to convert to Druzism nor influence the thinking and beliefs of those who have misjudged them. It’s only goal to provide knowledge on the Druze Logic and the Spiritual Mind Science which the Druzes call the Fifth Science because they believe that it is not a sin or a shame to be a Druze. The substance is presenting the English translation of the Druze original manuscript in a comprehensible format. The manuscript is known be in Arabic and beyond the comprehension of the human mind.

The belief of the Druzes on reincarnation is based on the Doctrine of Reincarnation contained in their scriptures which is said that life doesn’t stop. Once a person dies at a given time and place, the soul transfers to another person in another place to be born again to another parent. The mind is the most powerful human tool, thus the Fifth Science or the spiritual mind science is strictly practiced by the Druzes. The Druze Wisdom has been greatly influenced by great thinkers of the ancient Greek philosophers whose knowledge theories became the basis of their doctrines. The mind science they espouse emanates from their belief that the mind speaks to the soul and without this, human expressions are impossible.

Metaphysics plays a pivotal role in the Druze Wisdom particularly by the ancient Greek philosophers who, according to them, have molded their spirituality. The unique Fifth Science which evolved from the ancient wisdom of the great Greek philosophers became the spiritual dogma of the Druzes. This made the uniqueness of the Druze spirituality. One thing is unfortunate though, the Druze Gnostics contained in the Forbidden Manuscript became very vulnerable and the subject of exclusion and distortion by other religious sects and societies. Substance online is appealing from its readership to be open while exploring the sections of the site. Furthermore, www.substance.com provides an English translation of the original Forbidden manuscript for the benefit of those non-Arabic speaking Druze members around the world. The virtual publication is a bold move to allow a universal understanding of the the Druze Wisdom and the Fifth Science. It is the interest of the Druze society to make known its spiritual identity because of the universal nature of its spirituality. Visit the site to learn more about the Spiritual Mind Science innate to the Gnostics.

Five tips From An Ordained Minister On Metaphysical Growth

Sunday, October 9th, 2011

Precisely as a child learns to run solo, in the equal manner Christians are expected to succeed in that time of self-sufficiency where they not require props to get them through the day. The only buttress you would like is your certain and certain church. All physical dependencies, or place another manner, the sinfulness of the flesh, is put away and replaced by a soaring, religious delight stuffed with the fruits of the Spirit. There is a verse inside the Bible that points to this.

Ephesians Chapters Four preaches the reality of unity in the body of Christ. This is a kind of understanding which comes later within the Christian walk however that ends up in a development “attaining to the full live of the fullness of Christ. Then we have a bearing to will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blasted here and there by each gust of teaching, and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.” (Ephesians 4.thirteen-14).

The cunning and craftiness of men refers to the adulteration which is always in company when men’s hearts are set on evil. When hedge fund managers ripen into overblown with greed, or paedophiles created as adolescent youngsters on the web, or minister betray their congregations, or married couples cheat, then deceitful scheming comes into play. For the impotent in faith, the de-Christianisation of society around us may cause some examination of the effectiveness of the good work we tend to do as Christians. It can even breed Christians to turn on each other, or awaken doubts with reference to our own role in God’s kingdom. This can be the approach society breaks down.

However any information of the unity in the body of Christ, that regardless of what is happening around us, we have a disposition to are all one, chain reaction in a confidence which drives out apprehension. What does it mean to acquire the full lifeinf the fullness of Christ? It means that we will be as a lot of like Jesus as we have an inclination to will presumably be, inheriting all his attributes and characteristics. He walked through a sinful society, still still managed to change lives and is still altering lives today. He was not bent by the burden of adulteration that weighed heavily on governors and priests. Amid the Holy Spirit everywhere he went, he stood akin a rock, certain of his own destiny, filled with a righteousness. The art of being a cultured Christian is the art of reflecting Christ. When schemers and deceivers recognise that enlightenment shining through your person, they will hesitate in disgrace.

Being an ordained minister means that one should be a metaphysical guide and leader to the flock to convert them to the certain Word of God, as opposed to some class of cog in the wheel of a bloated church organization. This is why I see the effect of most churches as corrupting the Word of God. They have too much in-house politics and pecking orders and mislay focus on His message.

If you hear the calling, examine minister ordination. If you look up the meaning of minister you will find that it means to aid. That is the function I am striving for, to assist others to find Christ. While I do not feel worthy of it, and I still need to process out what it means to me, I have listened to His calling and his message of love to me. Peace be with you, and God Bless!

How NLP and Metaphysics Can Improve the Emotional Wellbeing of Employees

Friday, October 7th, 2011

I am sure you would agree that the most important resource of a business is not really the product or service, nor in the customers; it is actually in the employees, without whom the business would not exist. And if the employees are not well then the performance decreases, and with it the productivity.

In fact, our performance and personal productivity is strictly linked to the way we feel, to our emotional state. There are so many reasons for which we might temporarily feel stressed or anxious or depressed, reasons due to problems both at work and at home; in fact, what goes on at home is brought into work and vice versa.

Now, is there something we can do when we do not feel good that is really effective and lasting? Can we empower ourselves to take control of our emotional state? Is it possible to feel good no matter what goes on in our lives or around us? Yes, but let us consider first the approach we would normally have when we experience an emotional problem.

Perhaps the first thing we would do is try to figure out why we feel anxious or stressed or depressed in order to do something about it and solve the problem. Now, if the reason is of a practical nature, let’s say for example we need to delegate, then the problem resolves itself as we take action. But often the reason which causes us not to feel good is of a different nature and that approach does not work. Let me explain.

The way we feel depends on our thinking, on our beliefs and attitudes; it depends on our language, our self-talk, our physiology; it depends on the questions we ask ourselves; it depends on our focus; it depends on our assumptions, on the meanings we give to events, people’s behaviours, situations we experience, which determine our reactions / responses; and it depends on the way we treat ourselves, on the level of care we have for ourselves. And the majority of our thinking patterns are below the consciousness, they are stored in our subconscious mind.

Now, if we focus on the problem, let’s say we feel anxious, and we try to analyse it to find a solution and we try to understand the reasons why we feel this way, maybe even looking back to childhood, it would actually create more of a problem. And the reason is very simple, but often we not aware of it.

It is simply basic metaphysics: what we focus on increases in our neurology and we create more of it. We often are not aware of how the basic spiritual laws of the Universe really influence our life, but once we know something about them, our life becomes much easier: the pain and struggle tend to disappear to make space for wellbeing and flow.

And there is something else to say about problem solving. Let’s say for example we have a problem and we try to find a solution; do we find a solution? No, otherwise we would not have the problem now! It is just our mind that tells us that the solution is in our mind and even more, it tells us that if we do not find a solution, we need to beat ourselves up! Smart, isn’t it? Our mind tells us we need to beat ourselves up because we have not tried hard enough or maybe because we ‘should be smarter’ or something similar. And so, we beat ourselves up, but we still have the problem and so we try to figure it out harder, we do not manage, so we beat ourselves up even more, and the circle goes on again and again trying to find a solution. And how do we feel? Worse!

Now, Albert Einstein said: ‘No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.

The solution is not in the same level of consciousness and it does not come from the mind. If we think we are our feelings or our minds, if we identify ourselves with our feelings or our minds, then we get stuck. We are not our feelings, we are not our minds, no matter how bright we might be, we are by far immensely more than that.

And if we let go trying to figure out long enough, we will actually allow the solution to the problem to come to our awareness. Does it make sense? Probably not!

This is a different way of thinking which, combined with NLP techniques, will bring us freedom from limiting patterns, and thus wellbeing.

NLP, in fact, is very effective to help change the thinking patterns: our thinking, our beliefs, language, self-talk, meanings, physiology, and so on. It enables us to instantly feel good and no matter what goes on in our life. And if we combine NLP with metaphysics, with the knowledge of who we truly are and our real power, than we know the secret of true wellbeing.

Why Are so Many of us Getting Cancer? A Metaphysical View

Thursday, October 6th, 2011

There are many theories about why we get cancer individually, they range from genetic mutations through to environmental carcinogens, improper diet and the use of cell phones and other electromagnetic equipment.

I intend to look at the question form a more metaphysical perspective.

First of all, how much do we suffer from cancer? The statistic that is often cited, especially by people promoting alternative cancer cures, is that 1 in 3 people suffer from cancer at some time in their life.

At first sight this seems unbelievably high so I went looking for the source of this information and found it in statistics published by the American Cancer Society.

In the period 2002 -2004 the chance of developing invasive cancer over a lifetime (from birth – death) is 44.94% or 1 in 2 for men and 37.52% or 1 in 3 for women.

Further information from the same source tells us that 1,500 Americans are predicted to die every day from cancer in 2008 and that it is responsible for 1 in every 4 deaths. Globally, 7.6 million people died from cancer in 2007.

The only good news in this deluge of death is that the 5 year survival rate over all cancers in the US is 66% in 2008 which is up from 50% in 1975-1977.

So, from a statistical viewpoint, and assuming that the US statistics can be interpreted globally, more than 1 in 3 of us will develop invasive cancer in our lifetime and about half of those cases will prove fatal.

What is cancer? As I am not a doctor I won’t attempt to answer this question from a medical perspective but more from a symbolic viewpoint.

We perceive our body to be a unique and singular organism but it is actually a colony of billions of cells acting in alignment. Each cell in our body has an individual existence, it is created, lives for a period carrying out its function and then dies and is replaced. This all happens below our level of conscious awareness but is essential for our continued existence and good health.

Our very existence is a miracle of cellular co-operation, every second of our life relies on millions of aligned and organised interactions and communications between our cells.

Cells are arranged in groups called organelles and organs and are differentiated to perform different functions, all of which are necessary to the functioning of the organism as a whole. Our cells act with a singular intention; to carry out their individual function for the good of the whole being.

Cancer happens when one or more of our cells starts to act independently; it begins to grow and multiply out of alignment with the needs of the greater body. It’s as if they no longer hear or obey the needs of the body and set off to have their own existence, even though this can lead to the death of the body and therefore their own demise.

Cells don’t really have much imagination, when they set off for an independent existence all that know to do is to multiply and so this is what they do, some cancer cells will also continue to perform their specialised function as they spread and multiply e.g. cells from the testis, when cancerous, can produce high levels of oestrogen throughout the body.

Cancerous cells have certain characteristics

• They acquire the ability to promote their own growth and they develop the ability to ignore the anti-growth signals of the body.

• They lose the ability of apoptosis (which is a mechanism that allows cells to die if their genetic material becomes corrupted) which therefore leads to unchecked growth.

• They lose the capacity for senescence, leading to limitless replicative potential (immortality)

• They acquire the ability to promote the formation of blood supply (angiogenesis) allowing the tumor to grow beyond the limitations of passive nutrient diffusion.

• They acquire the ability to invade neighbouring tissues.

• They acquire the ability to build metastases at distant sites

The completion of these multiple steps would be a very rare event without:

• Loss of capacity to repair genetic errors, leading to an increased mutation rate (genomic instability), thus accelerating all the other changes.

Using the metaphysical principle of as above, so below, we can compare the situation of cells working in co-operation to sustain the body with the similar situation of human individuals being part of the larger whole that is life on earth. There are billions of us living as part of a larger organic system that includes every plant and animal species and the biosphere of the earth. Our species and individual health is totally dependant on the overall health of this greater system, sometimes personified as Gaia.

From this viewpoint we have many characteristics in common with cancer:

• We have the ability to promote our own growth and ignore the antigrowth signals from Gaia (famine, drought, plague etc.) and are experiencing huge population growth globally.

• We have the ability to overcome genetic limitations and experience unchecked growth through technological advances.
• We are developing the ability to live longer and increase our replicative potential.

• We have the ability to increase our resource supply above the limits of natural production, (the use of fossil fuels that represent past deposits of stored solar energy)

• We have the ability of invading neighbouring ecosystems as evidenced by the continuing extinction of other species through human activity.

• We have the ability to build colonies all over the world and do exploit every available ecosystem.

My suggestion as to why we are experiencing so much cancer is that we are behaving so much like cancer and that this behaviour is accelerated by our loss of capacity or intention to repair our errors.

The cure for our collective cancer is therefore to realign our purpose with that of the greater being of which we are a part (of which we are currently apart). As a species we act to multiply ourselves at the expense of our environment even though we know that we can’t survive without a healthy environment. Unchecked, we will become a tumour that kills the body that supports us. Global warming, natural disasters and resource depletion are the signals from Gaia that are telling us to start acting for the good of the whole rather than for our own selfish gain.

On a society level we need to recognise that other cultures and societies are part of our greater being and that fighting for ideological control or resource use is ridiculous. Does your liver compete with your lungs for blood supply? No, because they recognise that they are both part of the same organism. If one country goes to war with another to secure their supply of resources but causes untold death and suffering in the other country, how is the human species better off? Ideas and ideologies that separate peoples are errors of thinking that accelerate our society level cancer behaviours.

On an individual level we need to realise that we are members of families, communities and of society and that our actions need to be aligned with the good of the society as a whole. Our individual acts of selfishness are metaphorical equivalents of the growth of individual cancer cells.

If we strive to increase our position and acquire exclusive access to resources at the expense of others we are creating ourselves as tumours. We may think that this behaviour increases our personal chance of survival but none of us can survive alone, we are all totally dependant on the survival or our communities, our societies and our planet.

We have stopped listening to our intuitive guidance which is always prompting us to act in ways that are aligned with the greater good and are acting from the viewpoint of personal ego.

We are dying of cancer at an alarming rate, I propose that unless we learn from our errors and start acting in alignment with life itself by striving to ensure that every action we take is for the betterment of the whole then cancer will continue to act to reduce our population. Like our bodies, Gaia has inbuilt systems to maintain health, if we threaten those systems then they will act to curb our growth, (increased death through disease, resource depletion and natural disasters). If we overcome those systems then we will die with the planet.

Descartes and Bacon: two donkeys on two legs: But metaphysics triumph over science

Tuesday, October 4th, 2011

Some five centuries ago two donkeys on two legs proclaimed scientific reasoning. Their assertions of the so-called scientific method to find about the truth in things has misled sciences ever since.

Rene Descartes proclaimed the following presumptions in his treatise Discourse on Method for looking for the truth in our world:

- The first rule was never to accept anything as true unless I recognized it to be evidently such: that is, carefully to avoid precipitation and prejudgment, and to include nothing in my conclusions unless it presented itself so clearly and distinctly to my mind that there was no occasion to doubt it.

- The second was to divide each of the difficulties which I encountered into as many parts as possible, and as might be required for an easier solution.

- The third was to think in an orderly fashion, beginning with the things which were simplest and easiest to understand, and gradually and by degrees reaching toward more complex knowledge, even treating as though ordered materials which were not necessarily so.

- The last was always to make enumerations so complete, and reviews so general, that I would be certain that nothing was omitted.

This reasoning does not admit anything except what is visible to the naked eye, nothing else. We believe in what is exposed to our senses. If a thing is not subject to our senses then, according to the genius Descartes, this thing is non-existent. So for example if three billions of people today believe in God and we cannot see God or hear God then God does not exist.

What bullshit!

The entire intelligible world is dismissed by this idiot at an abrupt sweep of his hand.

Thus and according to Descartes we cannot believe in religious texts for there is no proof they are divine scriptures. We cannot neither believe in God’s word for we need proof. We cannot believe in God’s angels, God’s messengers, God’s messages, nor can we believe in a day of judgment, where everyone shall be brought up to account for his, or her, own deeds in this life. No more belief in the Hereafter is necessary, for according to Descartes we cannot have proof of it. In this way the whole metaphysical existence that explains our reality is dismissed.

But with his wisdom Descartes forgets the big essential questions and that humans are in need for that. Who cares! As long as Descartes explains things. But he does not explain anything, nothing at all. Blind as he is to close his eyes to reality and truth in its ultimate sense, he recommends some erroneous rules to understand the universe, our existence and our purpose in life.

According to Descartes, there is no purpose for man’s existence for e cannot verify the empiric validity of such assumption.

Cartesian Scientific thinking and reasoning has dominated the world ever since the time of Descartes. Annulling all intelligible knowledge and reducing things to material existence. But in his superficial thinking Descartes omits from thought the most important questions of ultimate knowledge. He was blinded to the enigmatic problematic of the universe including his own existence and thought. No science, then ventures into such mysteries looking for explanations and light.

Francis Bacon, another genius on two legs, suggests in his scientific method in his treatise Novum Organum:

That such a method required:

 (1) accepting as “truth” only clear, distinct ideas that could not be doubted, (2) breaking a problem down into parts, (3) deducing one conclusion from another, and (4) conducting a systematic synthesis of all things.

Descartes based his entire philosophical approach to science on this deductive method of reasoning.

In short, Bacon’s method required (1) accumulating a store of particular empirical observations, (2) from these inductively inferring lesser axioms, (3) from these inductively inferring middle axioms, (4) and then proposing the most general of notions, each in progressive steps.

If we read modern meaning into the language used by Bacon, we might see a foreshadowing of the idea of a hypothesis in a “lesser axiom” and a theory in the “middle axiom.” This would make his method agree with the mature conception of science in use today; however, the context indicates that his ideas were not yet so fully developed.

Bacon also argued that this inductive method “must be used not only to discover axioms, but also notions,” which may be taken to correspond to the concept of a paradigm, but again this may be reading into the text. In any case, it is clear that Bacon’s view of the scientific method is progressive and cumulative.

The radical commitment to empiricism advocated by Bacon may imply for some that he did not accept any knowledge that was not received by personal observation.

In the same way we observe how Bacon advises us to use a certain method to find truth about knowledge. He like Descartes suggests that we do not believe in anything except of what we can verify and prove.

Again, another genius blinds himself to the intelligible world and limits his vision and knowledge to what he sees and can experience.

For such a genius there is no need for a God for we cannot see or hear or smell God and thus the whole religious argument is brought to ashes just like the bones of Bacon and Descartes.

The who question of what we see is presumably what we see. There is no one proof for what we see. There is no one proof for matter, its presence, its origin, its function, its nature and its finality. How did matter, subject of human knowledge come about? What made it in its shape and form, color and what controls its atoms? Who has created atoms? Who has assembled atoms together to be what it is?

But according to these two geniuses there is no need to break our heads of such problems. Matter is there in all shapes and forms, but in order to explain it we simply have to apply four idiotic rules, dismissing all other ultimate questions of the reality of matter, time, space and energy.

No one has access to what atoms are, quarks or strings, how did they come about and why? No one knows, not even Einstein had access to such knowledge, the reality and truth of things.

How naïve can Descartes and Bacon be along side their imbecile scientific followers.

What they see is false knowledge and what they miss is real knowledge.

Hypatia and Simplicio discuss the basics of metaphysics: what is it about? And what is the input of science on metaphysical questions? Is a theory in philosophy something different from a theory in science?

Man and his metaphysical dimension

Monday, October 3rd, 2011

Look into the mirror and what do you see. A figure, a shape, a form, colors, roundness, all this constitute man among other myriads of things. You see in yourself height, weight, a shadow reflecting a human being. If you look into your self then you would see seven billion humans like you, exactly sharing in principle the same things as you do. You see a head situated over a trunk, with two limbs attached to the upper part of the trunk and two limbs attached to the lower part of the trunk.

If you stand still and look minutely into your shape and form you will see a round head with two eyes, nose, two ears and hair (if you are not bold headed), a forehead and two cheeks and a chin. All are situated in order. If you look at your trunk and see the shape where the head is attached to the trunk by a neck. The trunk is equipped at the base of it with sexual organs, then the lower limbs enabling you to stand on your feet.

You are in a standing position and se the roundness of your head, trunk and the length of your limbs stretching along side your silhouette in the mirror. If you move your head or your trunk or change your position then you are able to see movement and change where the body behave in certain manner.

If you look into your body according to the findings of sciences then you are able to reflect on what you body contains or systems and organs indispensable to your being, movement and development. You would see your features changing in time, whether mildly or strongly, through aging. The hair color changes, your features change also and your figure changes as well.

If you look into the structure of the constituents of your body you would see multiple systems such as the bone skeleton, the muscle system, the nerve system, the blood system, the gland system, the skin system, the hair system, to mention but few. All these systems contribute by cooperation in harmony to your being, to your survival.

If you look into your aspects then you would find the physical aspect (subject to sciences) the mental aspect, the aesthetic aspect, the psychological aspect, the sensual aspect, the spiritual aspect, the moral aspect, the value aspect, the appreciation aspect, the parapsychology aspect, to mention but few.

You have mind to think, heart to feel, body to sense and spirit to live. All these aspects and systems make you human, a being, a life dimension in space and time. You have a cycle of life. You are conceived in the womb of your mother or in an incubator, then you develop into a fetus, then is born as a baby, then into a child, then into an adult mature.

Then old age takes you, if you don’t disappear before. And then death takes your life away and your being is annulled and you perish. You eneter from one door and exit from another. You have a fixed span of life and have to lived whether you like it or not.

If you look further into your systems you you would find that you are made of atoms, assmbles together to make you what you are. Where did you atoms come from? How come they are put together as to make you what you are? Who made these atoms? Who put them together? And who hold them together? Otherwise they disintegrate and perish if left alone. Then who has decided to develop them into a man adult and mature, then produce a state of death and periches the atoms in there old form|

In all these features and what you see and in all these systems, you have no choice but to be what you are. You have no say in what you see or having the structure and systems that make you what you are. You have no choice in being a fetus, a baby, a child, an adult and death. All are inevitable things that happens to you. You think you are the master over your self and you realize that you are not.

You think you have control over yourself and you realize you are not. You think you can decide your features make you what you are but you are not. No one decides you as a human being, not your father and mother, nor your ancestors. You have no say in having one head, a trunk and four limbs. You have no say in your height nor your weight, for you must have them both, whether in abundance or in rationing.

You realize that there is not a lot of difference of human beings in all their principle constitution, nor in their systems, nor in their organs, nor in their aspects. Little difference is made between the smallest human about eighty cm or the tallest about two meters fifty cm. There are no humans that are ten cm tall, nor humans

Reaching ten meters of height. All humans have one head, one trunk, four limbs, with exceptionally countable exceptions. All humans have five fingers attached to each arm, you have no examples of thirteen or one figure in each hand of a human being.

The question is how come you are here watching yourself in the mirror and reflecting on your own being? Where did you come from? What are you doing here and where are you going?

If you keep interrogating yourself you would certainly find yourself faced with the question: Who decides your being, your form and shape, your color and your structure and systems? If you did not bring yourself about to this world and have no say in your being, your features, then some thing has made you what you are.

Unless you are self-made or your ancestors who are exactly like yourself, and have no saying of being what they were as well, then there must be some power that brought you about and decided for you your life-cycle and created your atoms, assembled them together and sustained them together until a specific time.

Thus by simple look at your physical being you are transferred immediately, and by pure thought and reflection, to another sphere, natural and imposing, that is of what is behind the physic or the metaphysic of your existence. What you see remains at the physical level if you do not go beyond and inquire into the origin, the matter and the power that brought you to be what you are.

If you remain to the phsycial appearance of your being then you are in the domain of science, though science did not yet resolve the enigma of your own being, nor the whereabouts of your coming, the origin, nor how come your atoms are put together to make you what you are, nor how these atoms are controlled to develop in your shape and form and constitute your systems of your body.

But you are not satisfied with limiting your being to physical existence only and hence bypass science and ask fundamental question to search for your reality and the real cause behind your being, a creator cause that made you what you are.

From the perceptible to the intelligible, to the metaphysical, to the spiritual and directly to God!

Saturday, October 1st, 2011

Looking at our planet earth from outer space is an extraordinary experience that fills the heart of man with belief in God. It instigates the mind of man to conclude that without a God it is impossible to have such a formidable act of creation. It fills the self with flabbergasted admiration and appreciation for a creator. It fills our souls with spiritual certainty of an All Mighty, All knowledgeable and All controlling aesthetic Power in terms of the absolute denotation of the term: God.

The bewildering scene takes the breath of the beholder. The earth is a little round ball floating in space. It is a blue fragile marble rotating with a sparkling reflection of light around itself, so lonely, so being alone, in absolute solitude and isolation, but in harmony and absolute concert with the stars that make our universe.

This stunning experience can be only felt by those who witness its majesty, and formulate a deep reverence to the power that made it.

It is an outstanding experience where man finds himself  in front of the planet where he lives. It is a  tiny little pin head where seven billions of atoms survive and lead their lives.

It is where the aesthetic sense mingles and unites with spiritual reality and with mental appreciation for God. This trip summarizes the objective of man’s own being.

From the sensible to the intelligible to the metaphysical to the spiritual and directly to God! This is the journey of everyman and is the purpose for man’s existence.

Let the admirable cinematic mystical experience, exercised in real dimension by an American astronaut, be expressed to you:

‘The Earth reminded us of a Christmas tree ornament hanging in the blackness of space. As we got farther and farther away it diminished in size. Finally it shrank to the size of a marble, the most beautiful marble you can imagine. That beautiful, warm, living object looked so fragile, so delicate, that if you touched it with a finger it would crumble and fall apart. Seeing this has to change a man, has to make a man appreciate the creation of God and the love of God.’ James Irwin, USA

The Awareness of Metaphysical Laws and Principles Part 4

Friday, September 30th, 2011

Another point of considerable importance is in the realization that divine revelation is not a static impulse of a moment in time but one that is continuous in the unchanging background of eternity. Divine Laws are no respecters of persons. We may believe in a single revelation of God for humanity for all time and consequently seal ourselves in a cage of human thought, or we may understand the nature of revelations to be forever unfolding its petals of divine truths commensurating with the development of man’s mental and spiritual capacity. In one case spiritual stagnation may result, in the other continued growth. It is, therefore, a good idea for the metaphysician to attune daily with the Divine Mind to uncover the many laws and principles applicable to humanity’s evolution, and to unfold his intuitive and mental faculties that spiritual truths may be easily discerned and assimilated.

Theological dogmas misdirect man’s attention to a false perception and understanding of Reality. For example, we are given absurd theories by the Church concerning cosmology and anthropology which we are to consider as Truth. The Church fails to realize that the progressive modern mind of man requires practical, factual and experiential knowledge. Blind beliefs are out of place and faith without a true foundation no longer fascinates the maturing soul. The true purpose of life is left untouched and unconsidered by the leaders of the Church who prefer instead to build one’s faith upon the dogma of a “sole” Son of God for salvation; of teaching and emphasizing a God of wrath; of an eternal hell which the God of Love was supposed to have created, etc., ad nauseam. One is left guessing as to what Truth is or to what it refers to. The scriptures, however, are explicit in their statements as to what Truth is, what it entails, and implies–including life’s purpose as planned by God; but most adherents of the Christian religion go over them too lightly. Because the incarnating soul tends to forget its origin and purpose of being while sojourning in physical matter, we feel that the metaphysician should remind the masses repeatedly of life’s purpose even if it means ending-up as a shooting target for rotten eggs and tomatoes. Below we present just five of the many important statements that sums-up the purpose of man’s sojourn:

1) “Know ye not that ye are gods?” (Psalms 82:6, John 10:34)

2) “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” (Matt 5:48)

3) “I and my Father are One.” (John 10:30)

4) “Seek ye first the kingdom of God . . . ” (Luke 12:31, Matt 6:33)

5) “Get wisdom, wisdom is the principle thing.” (Proverbs 4:7)

Know Ye Not that Ye are Gods

Whoever wrote Psalms knew man’s true identity to be divine, and that which appears to be a mortal representation of man merely a façade of the soul. Christians have long believed in a “sole” son of God, but this is disputed by the Master Jesus himself when he echoed the words of Psalms to the Pharisees and the Doctors of the Law. In the Corona Class Lessons, the “Master Jesus” complains:

“One of the greatest weakness of so-called Christianity lies in the fact that they have deified me as a god to worship or bow down to and to make wishful prayers to; yet my mission and message they often neglect . . . ” (1986:27)

And one of the contents of this “message” is to know that we ourselves are gods and legitimately the spiritual children of God. It is humanity’s mission to reflect, to express their Father-Mother in all of the countless worlds, realms, and dimensions.

We repeat, humanity is an expression or partial manifestation of God, and are therefore sons and daughters of the Supreme Being. To consider ourselves any less is to demean the utterance of Truth by the Nazarene. This statement from the scriptures point out that humanity must eventually come to realize this Truth here on earth and in waking consciousness. This truth is what emancipates a person from all mortal states and conditions.

Be Ye Therefore Perfect, Even as your Father Which is in Heaven is Perfect

We falsely believe in the non-attainability of perfection, and yet, if it were so, the Nazarene would not have made the above statement which is to be understood as a commandment and not as a mere suggestion. Granted, that perfection is non-attainable in the sense that it is no static condition of the soul, but an ever-growing impulse toward a higher ideal–for instance, a perfect human being is but an embryonic, imperfect god. However, the goals set for humanity that represent the state of human perfection by the Divine Mind is attainable here and now. In fact, this is one of the purposes of the cycle of incarnation and reincarnation. It is evident that perfection is not attainable in a single life-time, hence the need for re-incarnating to assist the process of soul-unfoldment and reach the “Insan Kamil” (Perfect human being) level as expressed in Islam. The perfect man is a hermaphrodite in a psychological and spiritual sense. Alchemists and Hermeticists knew of this, and Carl Jung rediscovered this principle. He believed that society’s psychological ills stems from the non-integration of the many opposite polarities. To put it succinctly, and from the psychospiritual/psychobiological point of view, perfection is attained when the positive male and female qualities are harmoniously united in an individual and the awareness principle centered and functioning from that state. Below we present some of the associated components of the male and female:

Female

Right side of the brain

Intuition

Pituitary gland

Sympathetic nervous system

Compassion/Understanding

Subconscious mind

Imagination

Kundalini-Shakti

———–

Male

Left side of the brain

Intellect

Pineal gland

Central nervous system

Power/Wisdom

Conscious mind

Will

Shiva-Holy Spirit

Imperfection appears real, but life itself is perfect, for life is an expression of the Supreme Being. To believe that human perfection is a chimera is to believe in a cosmic deception. Although perfect human beings are seldom seen they do exist, and they usually live in the discarnate state having fulfilled the requirements for perfection. The citizens of the Kingdom of God are those that are perfect in the human sense.

I and My Father are One

This is a statement of Truth, and may result as a spontaneous expression of one’s state of consciousness, rather than a reminder and an affirmation of one’s inner unity with the First Cause. Fundamentalists in certain religions may consider it blasphemy for one to enunciate this truth, yet, from the spiritual perspective, the opposite is true. A sense of separation from God is a sacrilege and is the root of all evil expressions. Man’s spiritual growth commensurates with his growing realization of the unity of all life. Life is evolving every unit of consciousness to the point where it realizes its individualized identity in the presence and oneness with the One Supreme Being. This evolutionary process is hastened with the cooperation of the life-unit itself when it has reached the stage where it is able to exercise the will of the soul. The will, however, is often misdirected in appeasing the purposes and goals of the personality which simply retards the life-unit’s sense of divinity, immortality and identity in God.

Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God

Seeking externally for a permanent peace of mind, contentment, and happiness only results in failure. Acquiring and heaping material things in one’s home, on one’ person and in one’s bank account eventually brings about an empty feeling in the soul. All that is external to us is transient in nature; therefore, dependency on externals for our spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being are likewise short-lived. Caesar’s and Mammon’s kingdom fail to provide us with anything of eternal worth; it is only be seeking within that we acquire the immaterial things beneficial for our continued soul-existence. The kingdom of God is within and at hand, and not as Christian theology has taught: a place situated in a paradisical garden in the higher worlds or in the Last Days waiting for the faithful to enter at some uncertain date. Heaven does exist as a spiritual archetype and must be manifested in our consciousness and in the physical world. The Kingdom of God within is an inner reality that life is directing us to realize and to manifest in our mundane sphere, our external reality. Once we have gained the Kingdom of Heaven, it is up to us how we will manifest it on earth. We may choose to manifest worldly abundance, or we may not. Nevertheless, what is certain is that suffering will be a thing of the past, for it is promised in the scriptures that God shall wipe away every tear. The Kingdom’s successful appearance is dependent upon the way we think and live, and the focus and quality of our consciousness.

Get Wisdom, Wisdom is the Principle Thing

/>

According to Tradition, Solomon is supposed to be one of the wisest men who ever lived. The above statement, therefore, takes on a greater significance for it is attributed to the Hebrew King who was responsible for the building of the Temple. Wisdom may be categorized into two types: mundane wisdom of the worldly man and spiritual wisdom of the enlightened person. The spiritual wisdom of the enlightened person is much wider in perspective, and all-encompassing than the wisdom of the worldly individual. Wisdom in its essence is Soul-knowing, Soul-loving, and Soul-willing. It is one of the aspects of the Spiritual Triad within the microcosmic being of man. Its unfoldment and application in one’s world assists in proper assimilation of one’s mundane experiences. Wisdom in its lower spiritual form, as understood in Hindu philosophy, is the application of Viveka and Vairagya, or discrimination and detachment–discrimination as to what is real and unreal, and the detachment of that which is unreal and false. Meditation, introspection and prayer are some of the principle means whereby the wisdom of the Soul may be evoked into waking consciousness. Knowledge that is spiritually understood is the acquisition of wisdom, and as wisdom grows, so does one’s illumination. Salvation is automatic when one attains illumination. Without wisdom a person goes through life making foolish mistakes and karma that bind him or her to samsara–or the lower worlds. Wisdom, therefore, has an emancipative quality which directs a person to Reality and is to be considered as a “principle thing” to be acquired.

The Laws of Life

The average person drifts through life without sparing a thought as to its purpose. When facing problems he usually either flees from it, in which case he confronts it in another form because the seed of the problem lies within, or else he submits feebly to its occurrence. In both cases he fails to extract the teaching that it may convey to his evolving soul. Without a proper philosophy of life man lives like the lower life-forms, indulging in the lower senses and gratifying the base appetites and instincts. An improper philosophy of life is materialistically oriented–it is deemed improper because it neglects the spiritual side of Nature and because of such it fails to answer adequately the many vicissitudes and paradoxes of life that confronts man daily. What we propose is a metaphysical philosophy in which is based the Cosmic Laws and the Eternal Purpose. Such a philosophy may come about as a result of a growing sensitivity to the divine nature within–to a metaphysical awareness of the Soul. In this philosophy all of the beliefs and tenets of a materialistic way is replaced with a loftier understanding and attitude as seen from a spiritual base. For instance, science informs us that we all possess several instinctive urges that motivate our zeal for life; they may be summed-up as follows:

1) The instinct of self-preservation

2) The instinct of self-perpetuation

3) The herd instinct

4) The religious instinct

These instincts are well known in psychology, therefore we shall not take the time to explain them. We shall instead analyze their hidden, occult nature, as seen from a spiritual standpoint.

The Instinct of Self-Preservation

At a higher spiral of evolution, this primal instinct of self-preservation applies to the soul being of man where it is transformed into the evocation and preservation of one’s Higher Self in one’s waking consciousness. St. Paul calls this the forming of the Christ within. As man is transformed spiritually, he displaces the lower self, the false ego, with the preservation of the Real Self with which he identifies himself. Mortality is thereby transcended as the divinity of the Real Self is preserved, maintained and lived. We must be careful not to limit ourselves because of the false image or conception we have of what we believe ourselves to be. That which appears is unreal; that which is Real, is hidden. It is the archetypal image of man that God created and saw that it was good. There should, therefore, be a cessation of the identification with the unreal.

The Instinct of Self-Perpetuation

This instinct of self-perpetuation is a creative impulse that the biological being of man translates into procreation or generation. From the spiritual standpoint, creativity is in manifesting the qualities of man’s innate divinity, and in expressing the divine urge to create outwardly through the mind with the symbol and tool of his will–the hands; and to internally re-create or regenerate anew the quality and life of the cells composing his organic being. Self-perpetuation, therefore, takes on a spiritual nature in which the “self” that is perpetuated is the intrinsic genius and uniqueness of the Soul expressed and moulded upon inanimate and animate matter. Mediocrity is the result of our own sense of self-limitation and false identity. Our true potential is realized by giving up this false state and expressing what really lies within our spiritual nature. Self-depreciation and exaltation of the lower self simply shuts out the light of our Higher Self.

The Herd Instinct

Gregariousness, or the herd instinct in the lower being of man is the desire to socialize, to identify himself with others like himself. This instinct gives rise to the old proverb, “bird of a feather flock together.” Man has been called a social animal, and in this propensity towards others of his kind lies the underlying, unconscious spiritual urge to be one with Nature, to unite with God. Spiritually, man seeks unity with the Source of his being, to identify himself with something greater than what he believes himself to be. Not realizing the purport of this instinctive urge, man seeks outwardly for that which can only be found within. Relationships with individuals, with groups, with clans, with others of like creed will fail to satisfy the Soul-urge, for all that which is external to man is ephemeral. Transcending mob-consciousness is the way towards attaining superconsciousness. Man seeks to unite with God for he senses a certain “separation” from his Source, a certain void in his heart. A sense of separation ascribes to us all the opposite virtues of the Supreme Being–its power, wisdom, and love. We falsely see ourselves as mere humans, weak, powerless, finite, limited, mortal, and wisdomless. Nothing less than the “mystical union” with the Universal Being will bring man true peace, happiness and contentment. In order to enforce this sense of non-separation from God, one ought to think, speak and act as though we were one with God. Affirmations and decrees such as “I and my Father are one” are of great aid.

The Religious Instinct

Carl Jung proposed that man possesses a religious instinct which motivates him to recognize, or to believe, and be devoted to something higher than himself in which he has come to call “God.” Basically, this has a similar meaning with the spiritual connotation, interpretation and application of the herd instinct. It is actually the urge to evolve, to progress to a higher state of consciousness. Animals, plants and lower life-forms move along the currents of evolution in an unconscious manner. Lacking the mind-principle and the force of the will, they are unable to participate in their own evolution. Man, however, has all the tools, the faculties in his possession to take part in his return to his “Father,” like the prodigal son. We believe that either this instinct has been misnamed or else it has been misunderstood, as it has perpetuated man’s bondage to religious creeds. Ignorant of the spiritual nature of the religious instinct, man has created a demarcation between a life lived spiritually, and religious devotions to man-made dogmas, often praising the latter while condemning the former. Man will not fulfill God’s Plan so long as his devotions are directed to maya, glamor, and illusions rather than to Truth. Man’s present form of worship is directed to an idea, an image of a belief. There is no true knowing by experience of what he worships. Unless he turns towards that which is Real and reflects it in his life, man is not truely being “religious.” Instead of humanizing God, we should spiritualize man.

Understanding the primal instincts to be spiritual urges and laws with a metaphysical application enriches one’s personal philosophy and attitude towards the purpose of existence. A philosophy of life should be based on Truth, based on the Laws of the Cosmos that brought the solar system into being. Spiritual laws unfold man’s awareness when applied, and an understanding of those laws gives man a greater direction in life, a greater sense of unity with Nature and a responsibility to life as a whole. There are many Cosmic laws that man should incorporate into his philosophy of life and turn into principles of living. Laws of Love, of Harmony, of Justice, Beauty, Cooperation, and Service, for instance, provides man with enough material to expand his awareness to embrace the Cosmos. Divine Laws are a manifestation of the Supreme Being . By living in accord with these Laws, we manifest in our lives abundance in a material and a psycho-spiritual sense. It is these Cosmic Laws that the spiritual counselor should teach all those that aspire to realize, to be, and to become their Real Self.

The Metaphysical Properties of Emerald: One of the True Birthstones for Taurus

Wednesday, September 28th, 2011

By the end of April the Northern Hemisphere is free of its winter snows and it is time to attend to caring for the Earth and planting crops. Taurus people are very much in tune with the Earth. Due to the influence of Venus, they have a great love for beauty found in things such as art, jewelry, and the natural landscape. They are loyal, patient, and deliberate in working toward their goals, just as farmers must be in tending their crops from planting through harvest. When a Taurus person undertakes a project, it most likely will be completed! Grounded in reality and the physical world, they excel at professions such as artist, farmer, the financial sector, and politics.

Taurus is a feminine earth sign. What better way to celebrate the Taurus love of beauty and the Earth than with beautiful gemstones, the hidden treasures of the Earth?

Gemstones have both physical and metaphysical qualities that can enhance all aspects of your well-being. The perfectly aligned crystal structure of gemstones creates an energy field that interacts with our own when you hold it or wear it on your body. In this way, the gemstone can be used to calm you, bring you mental clarity, increase your energy, enhance your creativity, and much more.

Astrological principles manifest at all levels of creation, from the largest bodies in the cosmos to the tiniest particles of atoms—all are part of the same network of universal energy. Based on the hermetic principle “As above, so below,” those universal principles allow us to read relations among the planets and extrapolate those principles to things here on Earth, to events in our lives, as well as to our natural environment. The universal principles that govern the planets are also seen on the much smaller level of gemstones, crystals, and metals.

Each gemstone is associated with specific planets. You are already aware that each planet has its own personality in astrology. And each gemstone has a personal “signature”—specific metaphysical qualities, different for each stone, that arise from the stone’s association with its planets.

By considering the individual signature of gemstones, you can select the right gems for very specific purposes, according to their astrological qualities.

Gemstones can be used in three different ways:

They are precious that may hold a special meaning for us. We enjoy their beauty by giving them a special place on a shelf, desk, or altar. They can be used in by tuning into their frequency for the purpose of balancing our energy field. They can be made into pieces for our pleasure, enhancing our individual expression of beauty and sense of empowerment.

You can learn more about the metaphysical properties of gemstones through my book at http://www.JewelryandGemsforSelfdiscovery.com . In my book I teach you how to find your true birthstones based on your horoscope. Below you will find a description of Emerald, one of the true astrological birthstones for Taurus.

comes from the Greek word smaragdos, meaning “green stone.” In ancient times the word probably referred not only to Emeralds but to most green stones. Its color is so special that the color emerald green is named after it.

Emerald, along with Aquamarine, is the most fashionable, precious, and popular of the Beryls. The most important deposits are in Columbia, especially the Muzo Mine west of Bogota. This stone was already highly valued by the Mayas, whose mines were rediscovered in the seventeenth century.

The Emerald crystallizes in hexagonal prisms which grow in small veins or on the walls of cavities in the stone. It has a Mohs’ hardness of 7 ½ to 8, making it a relatively

hard stone. But it is a very brittle stone, sensitive to striking and pressure, and so it needs to be treated with care.

It is the queen and high priestess of the Beryl group, wielding both worldly and spiritual power. Being a queen and somewhat fragile, it needs to be treated with respect, but will return to you its manifold gifts.

Emerald shares with you abundant energy, both physical and spiritual. It helps you to expand beyond your fear into higher wisdom, praising and enjoying life. It represents infinite consciousness expressing itself through wisdom and eternal unconditional love.

connecting us with the omnipotent healing strength of God. It provides regeneration in times of convalescence. It helps to connect with our spirit in times of psychic or emotional drain, recharging us with energy and hope. In the Emerald we might find all the nourishment, empowerment, wisdom, and soothing energy we need in difficult times. It centers and calms the mind by balancing the right and the left hemispheres of the brain, raising us up into a higher meditative state of mind.

The of the mineral kingdom:  the Shakti, the divine mother, and the goddess. Thus the Emerald is able to teach us what it means to be a powerful woman, how to come into ourselves in all our roles and challenges as women: mother, passionate tantric lover, caring wife, and creative, successful, and fulfilled professional.

In I like to combine They are like Shiva and Shakti, Yin and Yang balancing the highest manifestations of the feminine and masculine principles in the mineral kingdom. Together they carry everything we need to support our growth.

I hope you enjoyed this new perspective onto Queen Emerald. Please let me know if you have any comments or questions and I am happy to connect.

The Metaphysical Properties of Yellow Diamond: One of the True Birthstones for the Astrological Sign of Virgo

Tuesday, September 27th, 2011

Virgo is a feminine earth sign, ruled by Mercury. Virgo rules the 6th house, the area of work and health. The main keyword for Virgos is

They like to have order and cleanliness in everything they do, in their environment, in their personal hygiene, and even in the way they use language. They also have very orderly, analytical, logical minds capable of handling very complex and detailed projects and solving difficult problems. Those qualities make them good accountants, librarians, editors, lawyers, doctors, and scientists. Taken to an extreme, these traits can make a Virgo appear on the surface as unemotional, cold, rigid, overly perfectionist, and conservative. But in fact that is only an external cover-up of their true emotional self.

Without necessarily revealing their real feelings, Virgos are often cheerful, agreeable, charming, and witty. In intimate relationships, in marriage and parenthood they can be loving and faithful. They are very practical, down-to-earth people and good with their hands. Their clothing tends to be conservative yet fashionable. They like garments with some kind of pattern in them. Their love of details leads them to love to collect things, a habit that can turn them into packrats.

Virgo rules the hands, nervous system, and abdomen. I used to have a master goldsmith working for me who was a Virgo!

As a Virgo, you are aware of your strong qualities but perhaps also of traits that need to be brought into better balance. Gemstones can help you get in touch with your true essence and support parts of you that you want to bring out more.

Gemstones have both physical and metaphysical qualities that can enhance all aspects of your well-being. Below you will find a description of the Yellow Diamond, one of the true astrological birthstones for Virgo.

Diamonds represent the life force energy of the sun, the highest expression of light and consciousness in our solar system and therefore the gateway to higher perceptions of reality, other realms and dimensions. Diamond is accorded the place of honor as the most special and precious gemstone.  As it is the hardest stone, it supports us by helping us to achieve structure, self-discipline, and endurance in our lives so that we may extend the boundaries of our capacities.

The Yellow Diamond is one of the true astrological birthstones for Virgo. It has the highest light reflection of all yellow gemstones. It is a unique and highly coveted stone. The most famous Yellow Diamond is the Florentine Diamond, a huge, 126-facet stone weighing 137.27 carats. Found in India, it first appears in legends in 1467 worn by Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy. Since then it has belonged to the Medici family and a variety of European royalty. It disappeared from the possession of the Austrian imperial family during their World War I exile to Switzerland.

The Yellow Diamond represents the sun and pure life energy and joy, meaning also love. Its golden light radiates into our body and soul, reminding us of the truth of who we are: eternal beings of light and spirit.

The Yellow Diamond stimulates and enhances our creativity and self-expression. It represents an artist of life who is able to celebrate and respond to life and its challenges. The wearer of the Yellow Diamond can stay very focused, determined, and patient as projects unfold.

This Diamond imparts the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind without getting lost in details, making us very successful in all our endeavors. We become winners with a golden touch like King Midas. The beauty of Yellow Diamond is that all this is accomplished from a place of love and sharing of our abilities with the world. The Yellow Diamond models leadership in the new millennium.
